Happy Spring!

Chocolate or poop? & Did you eat paint chips as a kid?

While I was at the gym last week Ryan played with Dylan, apparently that meant some time on our bed and this lovely little tidbit was waiting for me when I got home...the answer? POOP!

SECOND --->>> Did you eat paint chips as a kid?

Thanks to this little guy learning to stand in his crib he can provide a whopping YES in answer to that question! I had a call for work and thought having him watch a movie from the safety of his crib for a mere 20-30 minutes was a great plan. Perhaps we'll have to find a new solution and yes those are paint chips on his chin!

As if you haven't seen enough Easter posts...

Saturday we had Easter brunch and went bowling with my family. I truly suck at bowling but oddly enough got a strike when I went up with Dylan - he's good luck!

This face says EXACTLY what he thinks about Easter grass...



Sunday we dyed eggs and Dylan got his basket, then we went to the Thomas' for an early dinner before Ryan went to work. Someone (it wasn't me, you do the math) was a bit paranoid about Dylan getting the dye on him so it was pretty uneventful. Again with the grass??


Since Ryan has Monday and Tuesday off now we spent all day Monday working on the yard, bringing in dirt, planting our tree from Christmas and my mom and sister planted my flower/herb boxes. They look amazing and hopefully survive this dumb snow storm! I will take pictures soon!

This is one of Dylan's first real interactions with Sasha, obviously he is in LOVE with her! She is constantly licking him and trying to sneak one on the face, the bad part of that is that when Dylan is really excited he opens his mouth so wide in the cheesiest grin so Sasha can lick him right in the mouth!! We are trying to teach her to stick to the head and feet... lol what can you do!?!

8 Fabulous Months!

Dylan turned 8 months last week and it's amazing how much he has changed recently. All of the sudden he is full of personality; talking, crawling, pulling himself up on things and learning new faces and fun new ways to express himself - what have we gotten ourselves into!?!

18.5 pounds and 28.5 inches - another tall skinny Thomas boy!




It doesn't matter how big the blanket he crawls off to play in the grass and eat sticks!

Look at that face! He is so funny - we don't know where this new wrinkled nose look came from but it cracks us up! It looks like he has a bad taste in his mouth.


He loves to play in this box and the other day Ryan answered the door to his brother and handed him the box with Dylan in it and said "will you run this out to the garbage?" needless to say Mike was surprised when he saw what was inside! Oh man those jokesters!!
